With the 128th overall pick in the 2019 NHL Draft, the Red Wings have selected defenseman Cooper Moore. Moore played high school hockey and is BCHL bound before fulfilling his commitment to North Dakota for the 2020-21 season. Moore registered 31 points in 28 games in his USHS-Prep season.
Red Wings defenseman Dennis Cholowski also played for Chilliwack of the BCHL.
Brad Schlossman of the Grand Forks Herald has a write up on Cooper Moore to learn more about him and why he chose North Dakota.
