Red Wings release 2019-20 preseason schedule

The Detroit Red Wings on Tuesday announced their 2019-20 preseason schedule.

It begins with a home and home against the Chicago Blackhawks and ends with a home and home against the Toronto Maple Leafs. The Red Wings also will host and go on the road against the New York Islanders and Pittsburgh Penguins.

As winners of Kraft Hockeyville USA 2019, Calumet, Michigan, will host a preseason game between the Red Wings and St. Louis Blues at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 26.

Stanley Cup odds from BetOnline have the Red Wings at+6600 (wager $100 to win $6600) for next season, only ahead of the Ottawa Senators (+10000).
