Red Wings Select Jared McIsaac 36th Overall

With the 36th overall pick in the 2018 draft, the Detroit Red Wings select Jared McIsaac, Canadian-born defensemen from the Halifax Mooseheads of the QMJHL

McIssac is a puck-moving defensemen who was a projected top-10 pick last year. He is also solid defensively. The Wings have now selected three players out of the QMJHL with their first four picks. They also reunite McIsaac with Filip Zadina, both from Halifax.
