Red Wing Prospect Master Schedule for the 2019-20 Season

The hockey season has arrived!

The month of September is typically when things start to get rolling for junior and European pro leagues across the globe. Hundreds of NHL drafted and signed prospects develop with other organizations, spanning from leagues such as the AHL, CHL, SHL, Liiga, and many more. The Red Wings have a plethora of prospects outside of Detroit, with a large concentration playing in Europe and Grand Rapids, their AHL affiliate.

Keeping up with all their prospects can be quite the daunting task. In some instances frustrating, with the Red Wings being in a rebuilding stage, which in turn means many fans have taken a strong interest towards the farm system. So the staff here at WingsNation wanted to help out.

What this spreadsheet holds is an individualized page for every Red Wings prospect. You’ll find their entire season schedule listed with start time (listed in EST) and home/away distinction. Towards the top of the page you’ll find a brief profile overview and season totals. We’ll also be keeping track of goals, assists, points, and final scores on a game-by-game basis for skaters. The same is done for goaltenders but with GAA and save percentage.

For international tournaments and other non-league games, such as the World Juniors, those will be added into the season schedule, but stats for those games will not be tracked for the player’s total season stats at the top right. Non-league games will be posted in red for easy distinction.

To navigate the spreadsheet, the calendar page will be your best friend. Players names next to the listed dates will be who is scheduled to play for that day. The calendar will be especially important to those you check in daily.
