There will be no Red Wings playoff hockey this season

Mar 28, 2017, 22:32 EDT

After the Toronto Maple Leafs defeated the Florida Panthers tonight by a 3-2 score, the Red Wings were officially eliminated from the playoffs.
If it’s any consolation, the Wings were eliminated at the same moment as the Buffalo Sabres, who sit two points above them in the standings but have played a game more.
There’s not much else to say, but it’s a historic streak nonetheless.
25 years, coming to an end. What’s your favorite Wings playoff moment over that time?
