Bertuzzi to face supplemental discipline for incident against the Avalanche

The Red Wings renewed an old rivalry last night against the Colorado Avalanche. Amid the Kronwall hits and physical nature of the game, there was one incident on the Wings bench that will see forward Tyler Bertuzzi face some discipline for NHL Player Safety.

There is no real telling of how many games suspended or what the fine will be for Bertuzzi, but the NHL DPoS heavily take into consideration acts from the bench. If it was in open play, I’m sure Bertuzzi would get less than whatever he gets for this.
Whether he gets just a fine or a couple games, I’m sure Wings and Avs fans will all be level-headed and totally not scream their heads off on Twitter.
