The Detroit Red Wings will be without team captain @Dylan Larkin in Montreal, head coach Jeff Blashill announced Tuesday.
Larkin will miss Tuesday’s game for undisclosed personal reasons. The 25-year-old center ranks third on the team with eight points in eight games.

This will be Larkin’s second game missed this season. He previously sat out against the Vancouver Canucks on Oct. 16 while serving a one-game suspension for roughing Tampa Bay Lightning forward Mathieu Joseph.
In Larkin’s absence, Michael Rasmussen will likely fill the middle spot on Detroit’s top line. Adam Erne also appears set to return to the lineup after missing the Red Wings’ 5-4 loss to Anaheim on Halloween.
Expect the Red Wings to run with these forward lines in Montreal:
Robby Fabbri – Michael Rasmussen – Lucas Raymond
Joe Veleno – Pius Suter – Filip Zadina
Vladislav Namestnikov – Sam Gagner – Adam Erne
Givani Smith – Mitchell Stephens – Carter Rowney
Puck-drop tonight at the Bell Centre is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. ET. You’ll be able to catch the game on Bally Sports Detroit Plus.
