Tyler Bertuzzi comes in fifth at NHL accuracy shooting competition

The lone member of the Detroit Red Wings at the NHL all-star weekend was Tyler Bertuzzi who took part in the accuracy shooting competition Friday night.

The winger was able to hit all the targets in a solid 13.868 — which held as the record for some time, before ultimately losing.

The winner was a certain surprise with Carolina Hurricanes D Jaccob Slavin cleaning up the competition in 9.505 seconds.

The competition this year saw shooting firing at a LED screen placed on the goalline which was the first time they did something like this. Each player shot from 25 feet away.
